當液體(ti)(ti)膠粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)不(bu)能很好浸潤被粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)體(ti)(ti)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)時(shi),空(kong)氣泡(pao)留在空(kong)隙中(zhong)而形成(cheng)弱(ruo)區。又如,當中(zhong)含雜質能溶于熔(rong)融態(tai)膠粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji),而不(bu)溶于固化(hua)后(hou)的(de)膠粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)時(shi),會在固體(ti)(ti)化(hua)后(hou)的(de)膠粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)形成(cheng)另一相,在被粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)體(ti)(ti)與膠粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)整體(ti)(ti)間產生(sheng)弱(ruo)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)層(WBL)。產生(sheng)WBL除工藝因素外,在聚合物(wu)成(cheng)網或熔(rong)體(ti)(ti)相互作用(yong)的(de)成(cheng)型(xing)過程(cheng)中(zhong),膠粘(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)與表面(mian)(mian)(mian)吸附等熱(re)力(li)學現(xian)象中(zhong)產生(sheng)界層結構的(de)不(bu)均勻性。不(bu)均勻性界面(mian)(mian)(mian)層就會有(you)WBL出現(xian)。這種WBL的(de)應力(li)松弛(chi)和裂(lie)紋的(de)發展都會不(bu)同,因而極大地影響(xiang)著(zhu)材料(liao)和制(zhi)品(pin)的(de)整體(ti)(ti)性能。
